Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a powerful, focused therapy that helps access and process deep-seated trauma, emotional distress, and blocked experiences. By identifying specific eye positions, or "brainspots," that correlate with stored memories and emotions, this approach allows the brain to heal itself in a profound and natural way.

Vidya is a compassionate Individual and Couple Therapist dedicated to helping clients reconnect with their inherent ability to heal. She believes that each person’s journey to wellness is unique and sacred and considers it a privilege to walk beside you in your personal growth and healing process.

Vidya is a Registered Social Worker with over five years of experience, specializing in grief and bereavement, caregiver support for aging parents, trauma, boundaries and goal-setting, and managing life and relationship transitions.

When she’s not supporting others, Vidya enjoys tending to her garden, immersing herself in a good book, or spending time with her curious fluffy co-therapist Bentley the Yorkie-poo.

Tanvi is an Individual and Couple Therapist who believes in the power of individual and community healing and the necessity of feeling connected to others in the healing process. She has experience working with a variety of identities and gears her practice towards people who are often let down and frustrated by the mental healthcare system. She prioritizes creating a strong foundational relationship in order for therapy to feel helpful and supportive.

Tanvi is a Registered Social Worker with eight years of experience in the social work field. She has primarily worked with survivors of violence, specifically sexual and domestic assault response and prevention. Tanvi uses a variety of tools to create a non-judgmental environment for folks to share their story and fully feel their feelings.

To relax in the warmer months, Tanvi enjoys swimming in Lake Ontario and discovering the outdoors. When it’s cold outside, she enjoys baking sweet treats for her friends and thrifting for trinkets!
